Not looking like your typical customers, our salesmen Mr Slater greeted us and took the time to show my wife what she wanted. Last year we purchased a 2018 Soul and we where pleased this year, the family has decided to adopt and add to our family. In doing so we have outgrown the car and needed a bigger one, sonthe wife was interested in a sorrento. Mr Slater was excellent with negotiating and with the help of the GM, he got us where we wanted to be. Sky in finance was great as well, this was our second time with him finalizing our deal and it went smooth like the waves crashing on the California coast! More
Excellent Service On Short Notice When I Needed It I had a slow leak in a tire and was told to come in, even though an appointment was not available. Shortly later, I received a call that an appointment was available due to a cancelation and my appointment was confirmed. The leak was found to be caused by a nail, could be repaired, and I was not charged. I am very glad I purchased our vehicle at Friendly KIA. More
