Best Car Buying Process. Awesome!!! I had received a pre-qualifying letter for a Auto financing at Friendly KIA in New Port Richey Florida. I couldn’t believe how many brand new KIA’s we I had received a pre-qualifying letter for a Auto financing at Friendly KIA in New Port Richey Florida. I couldn’t believe how many brand new KIA’s were in stock. I received a text from Catherine from KIA she asked if it was ok to text and it was. My husband, my son, and myself went to KIA on Saturday and we met Don Smith the sales agent. Don was exceptional, friendly, kind and professional. Don calmed my fears and he listened to my concerns. I was blown away by the awesome package I got with my Kia. Don is the reason I bought a brand new KIA that day. Friendly KIA has a customer for life. This was a pleasure and not once did I feel pressured. A huge thank you to Donald Smith you rock!!! More

KIA Sorento manual page 7-96. 2. presented coupon for $29 that mistakenly was not used, ended up paying $66. 3. unable to locate wheel key, didn't bother to ask me even though they knew exactly where I was (sales dept). I was told that they had a "master key" to rotate tires. So I'm not totally sure my tires were rotated even though I was charged for a rotation. More

too slow I got a fair deal but it took 4 hours to get done. Probably could have held out for a better price but was just tired of being there. My biggest complaint is after the deal was done, and putting tag on, found out they only had one remote and key. Was told I could purchase another one, would have been nice to know that. Rude treatment , unsatisfactory service. This is the second time in the past year i have been mis-informed by the same service man(Harry). When he was listing all the things he had to do to m This is the second time in the past year i have been mis-informed by the same service man(Harry). When he was listing all the things he had to do to my car and each time he listed the price i would have to pay, I told him of my service contract...he said very sarcastically, "Well you didn't read the fine print in that contract." He told me that several times. I explained the things that needed to be done and he said it would take 1` 1/2 to 2 hours.(This was at 8:15). After 4 hours ,I went looking for Harry! He said he needed to call and find out if my contract covered the work and it would take another 15 minutes. After 1/2 hour again I went looking for Harry! I told him I wanted my car now! He very sarcastically told me to shut up and listen to him. He proceeded to wait on several more people who had come up behind me as I kept telling him I had to get home to feed my disabled husband. It was now after 12:30. He was very persistent that i had to get a loaner car and leave my car there for repair. When I got my car , the windshield washers still do not spray water on the windshield and the check motor light remains on . Harry said he had to order a part for it This was done in November and it only worked until I got home. I dealt with the arrogant harry in November also. In Nov. Harry also insisted i use a loaner car which caused me to have to get an ambulance to get my husband to the hospital ($400.) This man is a nuisance. More
