They could not find my online appointment that I had made but they took care of my needs anyway and did a good job,I was very pleased with the service and the person who was helping me he was great but my memory is not what it used to be and I forgot his name,he was about 5'10,had blonds hair,glasses about his early 40's and he was having problems with his leg,he was very good. Amazing experience We must be so jaded by dealerships in south Florida. I submitted a request online. Luis responded immediately and actually answered the questions I was asking. He didn’t dance around and try to trick us. Plus the price was by far cheaper than anything we were offered in south Florida. We live in Miami, so we couldn’t physically go to pickup the vehicle. Crystal arranged for the vehicle to be delivered directly to us. Darnell did all the paperwork and actually delivered the vehicle to us himself. We kept waiting for a catch or a bait and switch like the dealer near us tried to do. But there never was one. Friendly Kia delivered exactly what we were promised.. The whole experience was amazing and not only would I recommend your dealership to our friends, we would definitely look to you all for our future car needs. Friendly is an understatement!
