Truck was clean and ready to go for a test drive! Salesman Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. Aside from the vehicle being in great condition, Joe and Skye was extremely helpful in finding a financial package that fit what I had in mind. They helped facilitate a trade in and swap of registration. Even after the purchase, they followed up on a couple of minor issues identified in the test drive and fixed them with Nissan at no charge to myself. Best dealership I've worked with. Weren't too pushy and definitely a "friendly" place to buy a vehicle. More

Christina listened to what I wanted and showed me the choices that would satisfy my needs and wants. Christina worked fast and efficiently handling the interactions with managers and finance. I prefer when all of the details are worked out and my time is not wasted. By the time I went back to finance it was all ready for me to sign and went faster than expected. Christina's manager and finance staff did a great job behind the scenes making this a great car buying experience!!! The dealership was very clean and efficient. I feel the pricing was excellent and transparent. The dealership didn't have any gold plated fixtures in the bathroom which is very ok by me since I was there to buy a great car at a great price. I will certainly contact Christina FIRST when I am in the market for a Kia in the future. More
Helpful after some confusion. We bought a preowned vehicle recently and received emails to schedule our complimentary pitstop. I called to find out what this was and the rep explai We bought a preowned vehicle recently and received emails to schedule our complimentary pitstop. I called to find out what this was and the rep explained the services included. She named several things including a car wash and oil change. I called back to schedule. When I got there for my appointment, the service tech explained that complimentary pitstop is for new not preowned and that they don't include oil change. I showed the emails and told him who I spoke to so they honored the free pitstop and oil change. There seems to be a lot of disconnect between the people who answer the phones and the actual departments because something similar happened when we bought our truck. At the end of the day the did the right thing but it was still frustrating. More
