The mechanic drove the car and immediately acknowledged the problem. Not only did the replace the tire but totally rebalanced the tires so that the car drives smoothly. They kept me aware of how much longer the wait would be and washed the car at no charge! Very friendly, nice waiting area. Busy place but if you make an appt you are taken right away.
