Strange Billing for Service "Special" My friend and I just got the same service this morning. Each of us had a coupon for the $114.95 Spring Service Special. We got only the work described My friend and I just got the same service this morning. Each of us had a coupon for the $114.95 Spring Service Special. We got only the work described in that special. She has a 2016 Forte 5, I have a 2016 Rio LX. Her service advisor was DQ, mine was BF. Did not find out 'till we were both back home that the way our Description of Service and Parts were filled out were different and very hard to compare. We know that fluids and tax are extra but each car used 5 qt of oil. How could my bill be $131.20 and her bill $122.54!? FOR THE SAME $114.95 Special!? {Originally BF charged me $141 and I had to call him out on that rediculous total.} Friendly, train your advisors to be consistent. Nevertheless, we really like this dealership. More

How does a baffle in the fuel tank move and not be covered by Warrany I pay for for 4yrs of payments!!! Cheaply made thats how!!! Nothing against the people who Serviced the vehicle and the Service department was fine,courteous and freindly but this should've been covered,Please. More
