BAIT & SWITCH, forged sig, HOLE in floor of 'new' vehic, Sales Associate "Joe" Slater was quite knowledgeable about the fully loaded sportage ex. I believe he did not see any of the email correspondence whe Sales Associate "Joe" Slater was quite knowledgeable about the fully loaded sportage ex. I believe he did not see any of the email correspondence where i let friendly kia know i needed only basic sportage, no add-ons, no dealer add-ons. I believe he did what he was asked to do and he did it courteously and professionally. HONORING THE PRICE ADVERTISED (not engaging in BAIT & SWITCH), not sneakily searching patrons' fico and sending off that info to friendly kia's favorite sub-prime lender, even when the patrons inform matt of their banking preferences, namely, major banking relationships of more than 30 years @ 2% interest, or penfed at less than 1% for 3 years. Not disclosing that this particular sportage had ~a 2" hole under the passenger front seat (which i reported to the dealership when i found it 32 days after the purchase). All "friendly kia" was concerned about was whether i intend to use them for maintenance. A NEW CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE A 2" HOLE IN THE FLOOR (under the front passenger seat or anywhere on the floor). This vehicle is a lemon, used, and a bait and switch Only if friendly kia had something to hide would they wait until nightfall to hand the keys, no test drive to its patrons. Patron left to figure out the vehicle instruments while driving after dark from 'friendly kia' premises (even though we arrive @ 10:30AM for a 2PM appointment, they walked away several hours at a time until darkness fell and heavy rain downpouring). they walked us out under our own umbrella Do not encourage your F&I person Diane to document into the patron's account anything other than that which was agreed upon. Upon finding out she had placed an amount into patron's account, when confronted two weeks later, miss diane was lying about what was decided upon, until she was told that the agreement was captured on tape. matt came in to exert power that "no one is allowed to record anything during a sales transaction". there are no signs notifying your patrons on the front door or anywhere else on the premises whenever i was there. So matt dropped that line of argument, and removed the GAP coverage diane LIED about. There's more that was lied about this vehicle which will be revealed at an appropriate time. P.S. : I no mention was made about anyone else with whom we dealt, please let the stars next to your name suffice. More
