Terrible, unprofessional, uncoordinated. It was a terrible service. My appointment at 7:30 was useless as I was not helped until 7:42 and my vehicle was not brought in until 7:50. My advisor It was a terrible service. My appointment at 7:30 was useless as I was not helped until 7:42 and my vehicle was not brought in until 7:50. My advisor was not coordinated and was not very helpful with getting my vehicle written up in a timely manner. Proceeded to then tell me I could not watch my vehicle while being serviced and continuously told me to wait in the service area to be done. I do not trust the employees that work on my vehicle as false services have been recommended before that I have already had done at this dealership. The person working on my vehicle did not take note of the appointment either as he was talking with another employee and procrastinating working on my vehicle. My keys were put into one of the technicians pocket and the advisor did not take importance to finding them as I was questioned if I took them. One of the worst experiences I have had at this dealership as there have been multiple of them. I do not believe this dealership has quality employees. More
