Because they wanted to troubleshoot all possibilities, they kept our car overnight and provided a courtesy loaner vehicle. Nothing was found amiss as the system reset itself. Routine annual service Scheduled appt for annual service. Was greeted promptly and on my way in just a few minutes. Brought both remotes as one was not working and the other had a low battery. I attempted to put a battery in one. They tested it and were ready to replace remote. I brought two batteries with me. Found that batteries I had though never used were dead when they tested them. They replaced batteries and both remotes are ok. My Soul was filthy so I left it and returned.
