Service person was a jerk Took my car in several days ago because of an update to fuel computer system. Update was done, a few dsys later check engine light came on again so I Took my car in several days ago because of an update to fuel computer system. Update was done, a few dsys later check engine light came on again so I took it back, they wouldnt even check it because I wouldnt pay the 69.95. So I go to leave and my key fob wouldnt operate the car and the car wouldnt start. Harry, the jerk took my keys again and asked several questions. I told him the battery was changed in it about 4 or 5 months ago when I brought the car in for a battery change. He took the key fob and came back saying the battery wasnt changed there it wasnt the type of battery they used. I explaned that the young lady at their cash desk had changed it when i was there. Again he insisted that wasnt possible. So i said you are basically calling me a lier. He shrugged and said well...I told him to think what he wanted, but I would never darken their door again. And I won't. I'll find another dealer near by to take my car to. He was a jerk! More
