When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanue I had a very good experience with friendly Kia in New Port Richey. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanuel and he was patient and extremely kind when I told him I had a hearing disability. He made sure to speak to me directly and slowly in order to read his lips. Emmanuel is a wonderful addition to Friendly Kia in New Port Richey and also the manager Robert was extremely kind.
