A Good Day. I had a very good experience with friendly Kia in New Port Richey. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanue I had a very good experience with friendly Kia in New Port Richey. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanuel and he was patient and extremely kind when I told him I had a hearing disability. He made sure to speak to me directly and slowly in order to read his lips. Emmanuel is a wonderful addition to Friendly Kia in New Port Richey and also the manager Robert was extremely kind. I would highly recommend anyone I know 2 meet and purchase a car from Friendly Kia. Overall it was a very good experience especially a good day driving off the lot with my new Kia 2019 Soul. Great customer service I love that every time I go into Friendly Kia a lot of the salesman and finance people know me. We have bought 3 vehicles here and every time we get t I love that every time I go into Friendly Kia a lot of the salesman and finance people know me. We have bought 3 vehicles here and every time we get the best customer service! Don always gets us great interest rates and Joe Vickers is so friendly and helpful. The finance guys also work really hard at making everything run smoothly and efficient. This dealership is by far the Best I’ve ever experienced at getting you in and out in little time. I think every time we have bought a car, it’s been a total of 2 hours each time. Other dealerships seem to take all day which is extremely aggravating when you have a busy schedule. Thanks Friendly Kia for being so helpful and going the extra mile when needed!! More

Need improvements While there have been improvements in the staff in the service department, the facilities themselves need a major overhaul. It can actually be dangero While there have been improvements in the staff in the service department, the facilities themselves need a major overhaul. It can actually be dangerous to try to enter the driveway to drop off your car. There is very little room to safely turn off US19 into the service area. Once you get inside, the service desk area is also very cramped and I had to step aside many times while checking my car in just to let someone walk past me. More

I went to purchase a used car believing I would never qualify for a new car yet, Willie Taylor with Don (the GM) I wish I could leave a higher rating! I went to purchase a used car believing I would never qualify for a new car yet, Willie Taylor with Don (the GM) got me into a 2019 Kia Rio S! They also were able to get me approved for a low interest rate! The car is just what I wanted and my son is looking now at buying a car with them. Diane Borden was so helpful with doing the paperwork. THIS TEAM ROCKS! Love that the cars come with tinted windows. If you are looking for a car, you need to go see Willie Taylor. He can make things happen that you think can't! More
