Oil change I was not able to use a free oil change coupon bcs the vin # was for a different vehicle but they gave me a discount. The guy at the counter seems ne I was not able to use a free oil change coupon bcs the vin # was for a different vehicle but they gave me a discount. The guy at the counter seems new and not happy to be there. I was late for my appt and I called to let them know about it but I waited over 2 hours until I asked at the counter how much more I need it to wait....you don't want to know what was the guys answer. However, when the car was ready he was polite and told me that finally was ready. I like Kia in general and I had better experiences in that department before that's why I am not giving a lower rate overall. More
