Oil change a hesitation issue I bought my car here and have brought my car here for 4 oil changes. When my car was brought to a different location I did not have the same issues. I bought my car here and have brought my car here for 4 oil changes. When my car was brought to a different location I did not have the same issues. This time I dropped off Y car and advised willie that I needed an oil change and check the car for the hesitation I was having when it comes to a stop. The car is only 1 year old. No problem I was told have a seat we will be with you shortly. 1 hour later I went to the front to ask what the status of the car was I was advised by another gentleman that it was being washed. When it came back I asked about the hesitation and to my surprise nobody even checked it for that. I’m sorry it would be impossible to rate my experience a 5 when it went like a 2 More

Friendly Kia takes the stress out of buying a new vehicle My wife was involved in a car accident coming home from work on a Friday. The insurance company totaled our Blazer so We went shopping for a replaceme My wife was involved in a car accident coming home from work on a Friday. The insurance company totaled our Blazer so We went shopping for a replacement SUV or truck and started a deal at a different dealership. On the following Monday I took the day off work and went car shopping five minutes from my house I stopped in Friendly Kia parked my truck and the first gentleman I met was Darnell Washington, he smiled, introduced himself, shook my hand and asked how he could help me? I explained our predicament and he and i went inside to start the application process, then we went out and found a black 2018 Kia Soul .I liked the little SUV so we took it to show my wife at the house, she came out for a ride and said she liked it so Darnell and I went back to the dealership and we began the purchase order and I said I'm gonna take my daughter home just call me when y'all got it done. I got back into my truck and was backing out and Darnell runs up to me and says gimme a few minutes my GM has a lender for you can ya come back inside so we can get this deal done? Sure I said and a few hours later I drove it home. Buying a brand new vehicle is a process but the staff at friendly Kia made the whole ordeal a breeze. I highly recommend Darnell Washington as your sales specialist, Dianne in finance and Don Mullis Gen. Mngr. Friendly Kia where everyone is friendly! More
