Not up to standard The service department does not have enough real estate to operate. My wife asked when she should change her engine oil. One employee told me 5000 miles, another told her not more than 7300, yet another provided a range between 3750 to 5000. There were two employees speaking negatively about a patron in front of other patrons. The coffee machine produces terrible tasting beverages. I purchased two vehicles from here in a month, but I will not service the vehicles here because of her experience. I have a free first service on my vehicle that consists of an oil change and tire rotation, but I'd rather pay another dealer to service my vehicle. Wonderful Experience I set up an appointment with Friendly Kia on a reccomandation by a friend. Bill Sizemore was my salesperson. I really wanted a Kia Soul and that is I set up an appointment with Friendly Kia on a reccomandation by a friend. Bill Sizemore was my salesperson. I really wanted a Kia Soul and that is what he started working on for me. After back and forth I drove home in my brand new Kia Soul, just what I wanted. I will tell you that I had been to other dealers and Friendly's was a fun, pleasant experience.
