To the point, honest I usually hate car shopping. Couple that with the past Kia products and I wasn’t very excited to look at the Sorrento. And then There was the color - I usually hate car shopping. I didn’t shop so much as Bill brought the vehicle to me. The ratings on this vehicle have been EXCELLENT - hubby researched for days and days. And the color... dragon brown. It’s sooo nice! My time was valued! I was not stuck in the dealership! Vince knew we had a lot going on so we worked a lot via phone and text! I came in for an initial consult, then back I was not stuck in the dealership! Vince knew we had a lot going on so we worked a lot via phone and text! I came in for an initial consult, then back to sign! Most places just want the sale, Vince was OK with is leaving one evening and coming back the next day! I feel most dealers work like timeshares, you can't leave until they have tried everything to get a sale. I NEVER felt pressure! More
