First time in 50 years of buy in cars that I bought 2 cars First time in 50 years we only drove two cars and bought both. Willie Taylor was great . My daughter loves her car as do i. The Friendly name fits! We shopped about 10 other dealerships online and in person before we got to Friendly. Car shopping is not great and we were pretty exhausted by the ti We shopped about 10 other dealerships online and in person before we got to Friendly. Car shopping is not great and we were pretty exhausted by the time we got to them, but I have to say that our whole experience with them, from initial internet search and chat, to our salesperson Marc Anthony, and even the finance process at the end was efficient, thorough, and fun! Special note about Marc-- we did quite a few other test drives, but he was the only one who actually left me feeling like I understood the high tech features of the vehicle. He also took time to really understand what was important to us, and not just sell us what he wanted to push, which is what we experienced at several other dealerships. Drove a little further to get there and so glad we did!! More
