Excellent service I was very happy with the attention that was paid to me from the very start. Mandy was very helpful and was instrumental in getting me in the door. Appointment made for oil change 6/12 at 4pm Service guy told me they were going to rotate my tires and do an oil change .I was there for over 2 hrs. They had a paperwork erorr on their end they Service guy told me they were going to rotate my tires and do an oil change .I was there for over 2 hrs. They had a paperwork erorr on their end they handed me the wrong keys and said your car is done.. Somehow they decided to put a new tire on my car without telling me and then taking it off. I asked is there something you're not telling me ? My service man told me that he was "a marine" he doesn't lie. I even notified him that the paperwork error would not have existed if he had asked me what my name was ? instead of just assuming ... this he didn't seem to care about I then proceeded to my car. mind you two hours later only to find out the tires were exactly where I left them. He informed me I had two Nails in my car and sent me off nobody rotated anything nobody told me about switching a tire out then changing it back. My salesman Greg is awesome he did not have anything to do with this service failure he was busy selling cars I chose not to bother him I chose not to write this review until I calm down..... More
