Great experience We have two KIA vehicles which are serviced at Friendly, so I am there multiple times a year. Over the last 6 months, I have been there, and had sales people approach me with intent to sell me a new car. When I gave them my conditions, which are admittedly difficult they just walked away. The other morning, I spotted a car that got my interest. It was early morning and Christina, was the only sales person there. I gave her my conditions, and the car I was interested in. Christina, was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get a deal that was very close to my requirements. There was no round and round, typical car sales bs. Christina, just dealt with me based on what I had asked for, the process was fast and easy going. Interested in a new vehicle see Christina! More

Mixed Experienced We found the car online, confirmed it was still available at the price. We got there and the price now had all these "conditions" which would end up We found the car online, confirmed it was still available at the price. We got there and the price now had all these "conditions" which would end up costing us $2000. They did match the price ultimately but only after frustration and heartache. We did buy the car and the service after the deal was good with a nicely detailed, fuel filled vehicle to pick up. Still waiting on the second key though. More
