So glad I did. I expected the great prices and no pressure sales techniques, but not just how much out of the way everyone went for me and other customers. Before I retired, I was in customer service as a representative, supervisor and Home Office Asst Director of Policyholder Service for a multinational insurance group, so I know superior service when I receive it! I've already handed out Donald Smith's business cards to friends who are planning to shop for a new vehicle. As an aside, the dealership was packed, almost standing room only, but everything was spotless, including the restrooms and service area. More
