I trust Reginald Washington to the point that I go out of my way (40 miles) to do my business with him , were he to transfer to another dealership , when I trade my car in three years I’d go to him. Excellent service completed in a timely fashion and done right. First oil change on this new Kia Soul - also needed a new tire under separate warranty and a recall repair. Salesman was pleasant and helpful. Didnt care for the $1700, in unnecessary paint and interior protect added into price for stuff didn’t really need. Would have preferred to have option to add. People were friendly and helped get me all the price and payment options. Should have tried to haggle a bit more but I know the tellurides are hot items. Was supposed to get a gift bag of goodies ( hat and such I guess) But no one was in parts department to get it. Hope they give it to me at first oil change. Otherwise pleasant experience and would recommend salesperson. More
