It took 8 months to get new trim in. It was finally in. Had to wait 4 hours at the dealership with my granddaughter because they didn't have a loaner car. Job done is unacceptable. I may do oil changes elsewhere during travel, and will install engine and cabin filters myself, but the dealer service has been outstanding and reliable so I use them often.
