I just bought a Mazda 2026 CX 50 on Saturday. My salesman was Cam. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Cam was great! The entire staff was awesome! MY first contact as I came to respond to Ganley’s oil change and tire rotation offer with my lease, was to have to argue to get the tire rotation…even though the offer came with my lease. The service man wanted to charge me $30 to rotate the tires I refuted this…and good thing I had my GANLEY letter/ offer in my car. Proved no charge. Then I asked to please keep my White interior clean… only to find that as the vehicle was returned to me that there was grease on the white arm rest and the door handle. I asked to have it cleaned… only to find that there was no cleaning agent in the building, and, that I would have to have the vehicle taken to another location to clean up what I had cautioned in the first place. I just left , denying the delay and more intrusion into my vehicle…vowing never to return…. Coupon , or not. More
