Not honest. In short.. I had wanted to add to my lease, an end of lease damage waiver. I was unclear in describing what I wanted, and was told that I had received In short.. I had wanted to add to my lease, an end of lease damage waiver. I was unclear in describing what I wanted, and was told that I had received a ding protection plan instead. It was too late to get the waiver since the lease was already submitted to Nissan. Initially I wanted to cancel the ding protection, but was convinced by the management that it was worth holding on to. I recently discovered that I had never received the ding plan. They claim that I never went through with it... There isn't anyone to speak to because the saleswoman and finance guy, that I had dealt with, both left the dealership. More
