Service department could not figure out what was wrong with my car and suggested a possibility . I was ready to have it fixed but I asked them that if that was not the issue and this part was put in for n with my car and suggested a possibility . I was ready to have it fixed but I asked them that if that was not the issue and this part was put in for no reason that I should get a refund and they said no . They are disgusting when it comes to customer service they lie and make up things as they go along . Ian, the new manager has no customer service experience he acts like he is a Gestapo .
