I accidentally missed my appointment. When i realized that, i called dealer service to see if i could get an appointment the same day, as i was planning a short trip. The service writer was very accommo that, i called dealer service to see if i could get an appointment the same day, as i was planning a short trip. The service writer was very accommodating. He was able to find a slot for me at a later time the same day. He was friendly and courteous and the service was completed in a timely fashion. More
