On Thursday I had a maintenance checkup on my car, all was good, but I forgot to tell Brent about my gas door not opening without it being pryed open, I stopped back in on Saturday but he wasn't there so was good, but I forgot to tell Brent about my gas door not opening without it being pryed open, I stopped back in on Saturday but he wasn't there so I talked to another service advisor I believe his name was Korey, I asked him if he would be able take a look at it and he said he would have to make me an appointment because they were closing in an hour, but another employee in the service department overheard me and said he would take a look at it. He went out and worked on it himself and got it working in 5 minutes, he went above and beyond, I'm glad he overheard it because I really didn't want to wait a week, Not sure who he was but I really want to let him know how much I appreciated him caring enough to take the time at that moment to spend 5 minutes to help me, I seriously love the Ganley service department, Thank You Rosemarie Tyler More
