3 hour+ wait for oil change and tire rotation. Got half way home thank goodness I stopped for gas no wheel cover out back on front left tire. I had an initial complaint with this dealership but upon speaking with them we were able to clear up the issues I had initially. Make sure if you buy a car from them and any other place, for that matter, by the warranties…the tire replacement warranty, the extended warranties…my vehicle was out of the normal warranty when the AC motor and parts had to be replaced, and it wasn’t cheap. But I had the warranty, I just walked in to Mayfield Nissan, threw Brent the keys, and picked it up later with new AC. Easy peasy. I definitely recommend them! More
