I understand there are personnel issues right now. It is hard to find good people. We ran into this with our latest service. There were issues with parts drivers, Issues with mechanics calling off. We It is hard to find good people. We ran into this with our latest service. There were issues with parts drivers, Issues with mechanics calling off. We had an issue with the new transmission line leaking and having to bring it back in again. There were even more delays repairing the "initial repair." The Service rep "Korey" was great and very apologetic. His hands seemed tied. The van we had repaired was a Commercial service van. Every day down costs us money. This was not a great experience.
