This is my third Equus/Genesis. I bought one of the first big ones (which is now the H90) and was blown away by the car and even more so the service. I bought the AWD G 90 when it I bought one of the first big ones (which is now the H90) and was blown away by the car and even more so the service. I bought the AWD G 90 when it became available, and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of attention and failure to provide service by the dealer, not Ganley, I traded it in after 18 months and got a Pilot. Flash forward 4 years and due to the new GV80 that was available, I dove back into Genesis products. After today’s experience with the service department, I can say that for those of you who may have had a bad experience and it’s keeping you away from buying a Genesis, fear not . Exceptional service is back. Even for my almost two year old GV80! More
