My parents purchased a Hyunda Vera Cruz from this dealer in July 2012, just about a month before this posting. The AC went out, which was promptly fixed and is back in working order. From the time my Dad picked up the car it had a rattle when going over bumpy roads. He has had it back 3 times and they cannot solve the rattle. Now he is being told they need to wait until the "Hyundai Guru" is in town. That was supposed to be in two weeks, which has come and gone and the "Hyundai Guru" is still MIA. When he called to inquire the girl snottily replied, "well we don't know his aschedule" it'll probably be a couple more weeks". My Dad inquired as to why they couldn't just call him and the answer was "he doesn't like it when we call him". Are you kidding me? Really? Just another classic case of while we are trying to sell you a car we love you, but once we have a problem you are on your own. More

Having recently dealt with Ganley Parma Imports service manager(JOHN),was the most irritating,aggravating service situation my wife & I have ever had to deal with!! He was rude, condescending, obnoxious, & totally UNPROFESSIONAL for a person in his position!!!! How he retains his employment with Ganley confounds us.
