I leased my Hyundai from a different dealership 3 years ago. Since the Parma location was closer I started getting my service taken care of there and was always impressed with their customer service. Ian and his team are friendly and extremely helpful consistently with each visit. When it came time to buy out my lease I called the original dealership where I leased the vehicle from not once, not twice, but three times and talked to a total of 5 different people. Not one person helped me. They did try to sell me a new car but once I said I was only interested in buying out my lease I got passed around and told several times I would receive a call back. No one called me back. So I decided to call Ganley Parma where I had been having great luck with customer service and I received help immediately from Neil Kellner. He did not make me feel like I was wasting his time for simply wanting to buy out my lease and not wishing to purchase a new car. When the day came for me to go ahead and sign all the paperwork Neil and Craig Toddy helped me get all set up and for the purchase and Luis Reyes in the financing department finished up all the paperwork, explained everything to me very thoroughly and had me on my way. Every single person that helped me was courteous and pleasant. No one made me feel like I was wasting their time. I can not say enough how important that was to me as a consumer. I highly recommend Ganley Parma Hyundai. More

9-12-20 at 2 p.m. I arrived at Ganely Parma Hyundai. To purchase a truck. I had already established financial funding for purchasing a vehicle. Told the salesman this. Told salesman I had 10% of price of t purchase a truck. I had already established financial funding for purchasing a vehicle. Told the salesman this. Told salesman I had 10% of price of truck to put down on it to hold it till Monday when I would have my credit union wire the payment in full. No they cannot except this to hold vehicle. Then they process financing on vehicle. Going thru the paper work they have added $250 for processing loan. That is something that should be told to a customer up front and before hand. Not in the middle of doing the paperwork. financing is a 2% higher interest rate than I have already told salesman what interest rate was on my open loan to purchase vehicle. Then to top it off when I get in vehicle to leave it has a half of tank of fuel. I have never purchased a vehicle from a new or used car dealership in my life that the did not courtesy fill tank up. This Ganley Parma Hyundai is underhanded dishonest pushy. Especially being that I drove 280 miles on a Saturday to go purchase this vehicle. More
