not much attention to detail Bought a used Sonata from Ganley. Had to sit around in the dealership for 2 hours waiting for the finance person to become available, even though Bought a used Sonata from Ganley. Had to sit around in the dealership for 2 hours waiting for the finance person to become available, even though the salesman said after they processed my check "she'll be right with you, there is only one person ahead of you". Mind you, I paid cash - I didn't need any financing! Apparently it will cut into their profit margin to have TWO people who can process the paperwork when someone buys a car from them. When I got in the car with the two key fobs, BOTH of them had batteries that were run down (the car tells you that the fob needs a new battery). Three year old car, $16K, and nobody did anything when the car told them that the key fobs needed new batteries. Then when we got the car home, we noticed dog hair from the previous owner in the back seat. They certainly did not take a lot of pride in their work when preparing this car. Instead of treating me like a valued customer they just did what they needed to do to process the sale. More
