WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP TO WORK WITH I couldn't have been any happier with the service and treatment I received from Rocco at GanleyHyundai on Brookpark Rd./Ridge Rd. He was courteous, I couldn't have been any happier with the service and treatment I received from Rocco at GanleyHyundai on Brookpark Rd./Ridge Rd. He was courteous, attentive, followed through with calls and very thorough with explaining everything on my new car. I visited MANY dealerships and he was the only salesman that made me feel like my business was appreciated. The young girl in the finance office also made this experience much more pleasant than I have ever experienced from other dealerships in the past. She was very nice, not pushy but informative as well. I will only go back to Ganley Hyundai when my lease is up. I only hope that Rocco and the finance girl will still be there. More

Was supposed to get touch up paint that frank R promised several tomes but never got called multiple times about it amd even went in. I call back after a month of fighting and get hung up on by the head sales manager. I will never purchase another car here. I almost got a 17 elantra but no way after this. Mark the sales man hang up on you. Thanks ganly hyundai Parma you lost a sale. Ill keep blasting me exoierence anywhere i can to let people know that they will tell you what you want to hear so you buy. More
