He was courteous, attentive, followed through with calls and very thorough with explaining everything on my new car. I visited MANY dealerships and he was the only salesman that made me feel like my business was appreciated. The young girl in the finance office also made this experience much more pleasant than I have ever experienced from other dealerships in the past.
