He took us on a test drive and even though it was a rainy, miserable day, I was pleased with the car. Upon returning, he introduced us to the Service Dept. reps, and showed us the Service Area. We proceeded to his desk, and he was extremely nice, very kind, and hospitable. He got us the very best deal on our car. I do not have a smart phone yet, so I did not learn the navigation system with my phone, but he showed me with his phone. I will need help from my son, but I feel confident I'll get the hang of everything. The car is very nice, handles great, and I am very pleased. More
