I was never once double talked, patronized or was treated as "less than" because I was a woman. I was treated as an equal and this is why I bought my car at Ganley. (just days earlier, I walked away from an salesman who tried to bully me into a car, The other people at that dealership asked me if I wanted a bottle of water at least 20 times) I will be telling everyone about the exceptional customer service at Ganley Hyundai. When he brought me in on March 31st, Mr. Wentworth greeted me and had the car in question in the service bay, all washed and looking great! He took us on a test drive and even though it was a rainy, miserable day, I was pleased with the car. Upon returning, he introduced us to the Service Dept. reps, and showed us the Service Area. We proceeded to his desk, and he was extremely nice, very kind, and hospitable. He got us the very best deal on our car. I do not have a smart phone yet, so I did not learn the navigation system with my phone, but he showed me with his phone. I will need help from my son, but I feel confident I'll get the hang of everything. The car is very nice, handles great, and I am very pleased. More

The sales manager and the salesman really made it a pri From the first day I entered the dealership to purchase a car I got the red carpet treatment. The sales manager and the salesman really made it a priority to get me the model that best fit my needs. They were patient and once I decided on the model and equipment worked with me on my trade. The interesting thing was that the red carpet treatment did not stop there. The entire process was wonderful as if I was working with a friend. This friendship has continued even after I took the car home. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was the best experience I have had. I know I am very picky about the price but we were able to meet at a price that we were comfortable with. I have no problem returning to the dealership for any concern I may have in the future because I know they will still give me that red carpet treatment. More
