Please stay away for this place! I have a dispute with a care dealership located at 7115 Brookpark Rd, Parma, OH 44129. Here's my story: My vehicle was making a noise and I took my car there for them to find the source of the noise and to fix it. The car dealer told me in person it was the water pump and later that day, called and said they found the source of the noise and that it was my alternator. I told them to replace the alternator and they charged me $414. The noise returned the same day and I asked for a refund. They only want to refund me half of my money. I think this is not right because my car in not fixed and I am out of $414. As of 10/28/2016, I have not gotten a refund. A very unsatisfied customer. More

Couldn't be happier! I worked with Lance for the beginning of the transaction. He showed me the lineup of sonatas and then offered to let me drive one.
