Excellent Dealership I brought my Accent in for service, and while the work was being performed, I spoke with Rocco about trading in the Accent. He was extremely helpful, I brought my Accent in for service, and while the work was being performed, I spoke with Rocco about trading in the Accent. He was extremely helpful, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Even though I was nervous about the situation, he didn't pressure me to do anything, but gave me different options, explained the process in detail, and he went above and beyond what I would have expected from a sales person. The next day he followed-up with me to make sure everything was okay. He made sure I had his number and reminded me to call if I had any problems, concerns, or questions. I was very happy with my decision and glad I had the opportunity to meet and be helped by Rocco. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Hyundai I like their cars, Staff need improvement The staff needs to be friendlier and not so indifferent and cold. The secretary was not friendly and the salesperson acted busy when I came for my fol The staff needs to be friendlier and not so indifferent and cold. Also when I came for car wash nobody answered when I beeped the horn, I went to the service desk and a person informed another staff person the car was was down with no indication when it would be back up. If the staff was more friendly when servicing as they are when selling the dealership woukd do well. More
