The salesman I came to see(Rocco) was not working my first visit, the gentleman who spoke with me the first day(dale) was very helpful, informative and inviting even though he new I was there to see Rocco. Rocco derenzsis and the team helped my wife and I find a car that was in our budget and right for what our needs were and at no time tried to pressure us to purchase a vehicle we didnt want or need. He listened to us. We were very busy and had limited time to look at cars and discuss them. He worked with us over the course of a few days never forcing the sale, was always patient and pleasant. He allowed us to decide when and what car we were to purchase. When we decided on vehicle we liked gave us no problems about allowing my mechanic the opportunity to look over the car. Coming in was preapproved with great rate, they worked to beat that rate saving us money over time. Never once did they forget what our needs were.
