Sales team is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The overall tone of the team is not like it used to be when I first encountered Subaru Sales at Ken Ganley. We have come through a lot in questions. The overall tone of the team is not like it used to be when I first encountered Subaru Sales at Ken Ganley. We have come through a lot in the past 3 years with many industries hit by supply chain issues, etc.. It might explain why the encounters with the team lack the enthusiasm they once had. I value this team's overall knowledge, but I miss their enthusiasm. Being greeted with a "Hi, how can we help you today?" or "Who are you here to see?" rather than, "What's up?!" (and if it was Wasssupp???!!! with a funny smile even that would've been been better than what I experienced today. Ken Ganley, I'm not sure what happened to this group, but please beam me back to the year I first encountered this team and will buy from you and have all of my service through this group again! More

I am highly impressed with my experience at Subaru. I told them what type of vehicle, down payment and monthly payment I wanted and the team had everything I asked for.
