My appointment was 9 am. I was not notified until 10:20 that my 2018 rav4 with less then 20,000 miles needed front brakes . DONT BUY HERE!! Unless you like to be taken advantage of. I purchased two vehicles here with in 6 months. One new and one used. I was told everything was in place with the used one, everything was perfect I purchased two vehicles here with in 6 months. One new and one used. I was told everything was in place with the used one, everything was perfect and it had a new inspection. After getting the vehicle home and looking it over more, I found that the heat shield for the gas tank was held on with wire and zip ties, as it had rotted. And that their was a hole in the muffler. I called the dealer on multiple occasions, and was told the person I needed to talk to was someone in the customer relations department, named Bob. When I explained my troubles to him, he told me that I shouldn’t have bought the car and it’s not his problem that the vehicle wasn’t right. It’s my problem now so deal with it and hung up. I couldn’t be more pissed with a dealership, and have since taken my business to a dealership in Uniontown. Never will I ever return here and nor will any of my family, who also purchase a new vehicle yearly like I do. Oh yah, and the radio works sometimes. More
