Lisa was very rude and condescending and then after I left and did the research she told me to do, I found out she LIED to me. I have the entire article that I found online to back up that she lied. Took car un for yearly service. Saw the dealership called, but no one left a message. Had to call back twice. Service couldn't find my paperwork said Lisa might have it. Had to call and get coonected to Lisa and leave her a message. Went to pick my car up and the service attendant was sleeping at his desk. Car used to washed when in for service too. This dealeeship has done downhill since has switched from Day to KG. More
