Services started off good. I was contacted the day they received my vehicle. After that it went down hill. It took the dealership over a month to replace two rims and two tires. I was left without a car to drive for the bulk of this service. A loaner vehicle was not provided until the last week of the month they had my vehicle. I had to constantly call the service department to get updates on what’s going on. Each time they had an answer which upset me that I didn’t get a call once they received an update. More
