Dealing with Joe Walker was simply GREAT I worked with Joe Walker. He was pleasant and concise. He didn't waste our time, didn't try to sell me additional products. Therefore I shall start with the negative ... the vehicle wasn't clean, it was anything but. Granted I'm a passionate car detailer myself and I've yet to find someplace else to satisfy my perfectionism but c'mon ... at least try! Anyway enough with criticism. Everything else (and I mean everything!) was outstanding. Starting with the first contact via email and phone over the price negotiation up to the signed paperwork - everything was significantly better than expected nowadays. There was no false information just to get you into the dealership, no arguing how little your trade might be worth and no pushing to buy the new car today because the incentives expire tomorrow. Just straight up, honest and actually fun! Chelsea did a great job and did not leave one question unanswered. A big shout out to finance manager (you know the one last guy who really wants you to buy that snake oil) - no bs, no upsell, just a couple of signatures. Ganley rocks! I will be back... More

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I reserved a 40K maintenance appointment. Rented a car because I was told it wouldn’t be Ready that Saturday. I was told car only needed basic services, even when I specifically asked did I need brakes. When I went to pick my car up Monday I was told I needed brakes and a couple other things. This quote was given AFTER I returned my rental. After complaining, about being misquoted and renting a car for the purpose of getting my car repaired, I was told that he read me the wrong quote and then I was told, “Well there’s nothing I can do now” More
