Paul (the Fiat Manager) composed the deal/ paperwork, and was quick to answer any questions I had. He was polite, calm, and responded to my questions with rational explanation ( wich was quite the opposite of what I experienced at another dealership close by!) When I reached out to the dealership, to speak with a finance manager, she then connected me with him to familiarize with the process and what my needs were and how he could meet them. I had a mishap the day of our appointment, but Shawn stayed on me until I made it there the next afternoon and took delivery that evening! Shawn was wonderful, as well was the business manager! They helped the process go smoothly and helped me understand my situation, gave me options and allowed me to make the decisions soundly! I have been buying from this dealership for 10 years, had a rough patch with a salesperson, but still came back and I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER with Ganley VW again!! More
