Dealing with Ganley is a no-brainer I had spent two frustrating months looking for a decent deal on a Jetta Sportwagen -- the good ones always sold out before I could catch them. Ganley was offering the perfect car (pristine recent model, low mileage, VW certified and waranteed) for the best price I'd seen since I started my search, so I jumped on it. The only downside was that I had to immediately make a 13 hour drive to pick it up. The deal seemed almost too good, so I planned to be very careful about checking all the details before I signed anything. By the time I got there, I was so tired I probably wouldn't have noticed if they had substituted a bicycle for the Jetta. Schawn Smith saw how tired I was, and went out of his way to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting. I had absolutely no leverage for negotiation, but still got an excellent price for my trade-in. I had intended to pay cash, but the banks were closed by the time I got there and I'd forgotten to bring my checkbook. This could have been really embarrassing, but Jenny Brockway (the finance manager) promptly got me a loan with no prepayment penalties and walked me through all the paperwork (politely nudging me whenever I nodded off). Schawn handed over the keys and subtlety reminded me that I should get some sleep before driving much farther. After twelve hours sleep and a jolt of caffeine, I was ready to face the consequences of the night before. I read the paperwork very carefully, went over the car with a fine toothed comb, and drove it home. Grinning like a maniac for thirteen straight hours. More

Got the vehicle I wanted, at a price I was happy with! I had known for a while which new vehicle I wanted, but had not had time to come in to the dealership to go through the sometimes lengthy car buying p I had known for a while which new vehicle I wanted, but had not had time to come in to the dealership to go through the sometimes lengthy car buying process. I actually had not planned to buy the vehicle that day either, I just wanted to test drive the Volkswagen Tiguan Sport for a second time. But Mike asked for 15 minutes of my time, so I sat down to see what he could do. It was the end of the year, end of the month, so he said he thought they could do something I would like with the price. So I sat down with him and a manager, and they printed out some price quotes. I discussed with them back and forth a little bit pricing, and within 15 minutes we came up with a price I was happy with. I even added a last request after that to lower my monthly payment and they found a creative way to make it happen. Mike was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the car, and worked well with management to get a deal done when I pushed for an even better deal 3 times. I will come back to this dealership again and work with Mike again for sure! More
