Miscommunication made right for a truly grateful customer!!! I walked into the Dealership to inquire about leasing a Volkswagon Jetta. The sales person a lovely lady by the name of Mildred Savage, sat down and I walked into the Dealership to inquire about leasing a Volkswagon Jetta. The sales person a lovely lady by the name of Mildred Savage, sat down and asked what were my "must haves"? I expressed the only "must have" for me was a sunroof. When the vehicle was delivered I was surprised and disappointed, it had no sunroof. Well, unfortunately I would have to upgrade in Jetta models in order to get my much desired sunroof. Which of course translates into an upgrade in price. Of course an upgrade infers more money. And, I failed to mention, I had a very strict budget. Well needless to say, I am pleased with Ms. Savage and the Dealership. Based on the unfortunate and unintended miscommunication, the Dealership gave me the higher end Jetta at the original price of the Jetta that had no sunroof. The customer service was superb. I would not only recommend this Dealership to others, but I am sure to be a repeat customer. More

Forever Grateful I came into the dealership with my mind set on one car in particular b/c I was informed by someone else I could get a great deal. Perfect!!! I told them I didn't want to waste there time as I was almost sure I wasn't gonna get approved. Mildred told me "we'll see what we can do".
