I found myself visiting Ganley in Bedford a couple times to check out vehicles and finally decided on a 2015 Passat. The car is nicely equipped and priced below all local competition. Customer service is still quite excellent but my paperwork has still not arrived and it is 1.5 weeks away from my first payment date. Personally, would have like to have everything by now. I will return to the dealership again and so far, I love the quality of my VW. The detail on the vehicle after purchased seemed rushed and was not as thorough as I would have liked. Also the free carwashes for having the plate covers on are less than desirable. One last point the "Ganley" badge on the rear of my car was put on horribly crooked, I realize that I am nitpicking here, but just wanted to be completely honest. I will return the the dealer again and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here. Make your appointment with Mildred. You will not be disappointed. More

They made her feel very comfortable with the Jetta, even prepping different colors so she could see them. Was not impressed with the finance department! My daughter described it as awkward and pushy. I was not impressed with being badgered to buy extended warranties on a car that we are leasing for 3 years. Also, I was quoted one payment in sales including all taxes and fees and somehow jumped another $20 in the end. More
