Worst dealership ever. No integrity. Made a deal on one vehicle and they did a vehicle swap on me when I drove and hour and a half to sign the papers and pick it up. Only c No integrity. Only caught it because I had the VIN number of the vehicle I was supposed to get on my insurance. Bill Chapman then informed me I had to have it changed!! Unbelievable. Then they held my title because they neglected to run my credit card for the initial deposit over the phone. No one called to notify me that they needed the information again. They just didn't process my title. Oh, and they almost charged me the wrong coubty tax which was 1.25% higher! If my local dealership would've trucked a vehicle in, I never would've dealt with this shady dealership. I have documentation to support all of these statements. More
